You gotta serve your audience I think the Indians in the US have sussed that Americas can't handle spicy food so they make it bland as fuck . Like McDonald's to quote Red Dwarf, half of England "Only has 2 taste buds left that work" so they can scoff down Vindaloos and Madras. This is also why they can scoff down horrible food too.
