I got two raises during the pandemic totaling a lil over a dollar an hour but it wasn't to match inflation it was because my owner/boss couldn't get/keep employees. So it was an enticement.

My cost-of-living increase is 2.5% every year, so it never matches inflation.

My raise about matched inflation, but that was essentially to keep me on. We hemmoraged talented employees a lot last year.

Transferred within the company for a 20% raise last year. I should be getting a regular pay raise based off my former position in April-ish, but IIRC they said they were aiming for 2-3% raises company-wide this year, so no way that it'll match inflation.

I got a huge pay increase last year, and if anything has been proven during this pandemic, is that its only going to go up as no one new is joining my field. Sucks, but at least for the first time in a very long time we have the hand.

I live in VA, and our minimum wage just went up to $11.00. Other than that, no. I've been at this job for 3 years and didn't get my 90 day raise, or my year raise.
