The Raid 2 is also really good, IMO, but it's more of a crime-drama epic this time around, and is a bit longer than the first movie. also, if you haven't seen it, you should check out Dredd (2012), since it: 1) the same basic premise as The Raid and 2) it's a great action movie --- https://imgur.com/mApEnf3 ... I loved how the whole movie is solely focused inside a building. It gives a sense of claustrophobia and helplessness the main protagonist faced. No allies.
