For entering into a sexual relationship with someone already married or in a similar committed relationship there is a concept called Ethical Non-Monogamy. Essentially a big part of it is having affirmative consent from the other person's partner as well as that person.

This is not a bad idea. If it really is an open relationship, before hooking up ask her for her husband's consent as well.
