Ordered two meals earlier in the week at the drive thru and before I left the property I checked and they forgot. I went back inside and got em.

Today, I ordered 2 meals and an apple pie. I assumed they would forget the apple pie so I glanced at the bag and saw it in there so I drove away. I got home, opened the box, NO FRIES! It was too far to go back so I just dealt with it.

Not always worth the effort to drive all the way back.

Better off calling in and complaining and getting an IOU or refund.

Clearly someone is conspiring against you.

Just added 5 minutes to your lifespan by not eating them fries, you should thank that kid working the drive.

I recently was late to the party and discovered uber eats for fast food so I had Popeyes once and Mcdonalds once across the month.

They forgot like 40% of my order both times, and Uber Eats told me that requesting two partial refunds in one month was too crazy so any going forward would need picture proof and or a phone call the next day from a rep.

Uninstalled that shit. Fast food inaccuracy is bad enough at the drive thru, that shit was next level.

I'm getting tired of the Popeye's by me, only 2 times have I actually had a good experience there but I love the food. Most of the employees are rude, they rush you even when you're the only customer, they forget your food, never change the promotion signing so nothing is ever available and they act like the dipping sauce is gold so I usually have to practically beg for it.

Yesterday I stopped at the drive thru and ordered the $6 chicken strip combo which I had pulled up on my phone (with the exact address of the restaurant I was at on the page) and I was told they didn't have it any more, it would cost the regular price. Ok fine. I ordered something else there was a sign for in the window and that promotion was over, the manager hadn't taken down the signing (again). Also ordered 2 apple pies which they didn't give me so I had to go back. Waited at the counter with my receipt (only customer except one car in drive thru) for a couple minutes before the lady came over and her response was, "Oh" and she handed me the pies.

I don't go there often, this is over several years but almost every time the employees suck. It's just this place I don't get it.
