GameFAQs would know if you were banned most likely unless you went through extremes to hide it. You're allowed back after a while. Unless you reach kos status which I don't think they've done in a long time. On topic, I got user map axed like 15 years ago because I did an exploit that allowed me to say the word "shit" freely.
