Never liked GG with Jon.

Always preferred Dan.

I don't have much nostalgia for Jon, but Sonic 06 is a legendary series.

I might rewatch the Chulip episodes at some point, those were pretty good iirc.

Early Danny was better imo

I never did, so I'm not nostalgic for it. I got into game grumps around 3-4 years ago after learning that Egoraptor was involved. And I learned that through the comments on his mega man X sequelitis video.

I know him as Arin now, but I never knew he was one of the game grumps until then. I used to love his newgrounds stuff. I've seen some of the Jontron era, but he just doesn't work as well for me as Dan does. I love Jontron's solo stuff though.

I love Jon when he's scripted, unscripted is too much of an insane mess for me

And yeah, Arin and Dan just flat out have a better yin yang dynamic

I still really like the Goof Troop series.

And like someone said earlier the early years with Dan are great. Nowadays both of them sound like they're tired of it.

I disagree. They just sound like adults more often. They still lose their shit frequently. Sonic Heroes is a legendary playthrough from the last couple years.

Jon was a terrible host imo. Putting aside how awful he is as an actual person, he has no idea how to do improv comedy, and just falls back on "say offensive thing" or "make OooOooOoo noise"

Never liked Game Grumps. Always watch Super Best Friends, Oney, and Super Mega.

Early danny was best. He had amazing comedic timing. I don't know how the show is now though. Haven't watched it in years.

You should watch his own show. He was better there than he was in GameGrumps.

Yeah sometimes. It was a fun show before they got burned out playing games. Seeing them actually be into everything they played made it more enjoyable

Once danny came, Arin was phoning it in and danny was just kinda like "wooooow look at this basic thing happening" because he only played punch out and like 2 other games

I don't really rewatch entire episodes, but I do like to go back in like compilations and clips which sometimes include the JonTron era.

And yeah I think Danny's a lot funnier with improv than JonTron is.
