Satoshi Tajiri, Ken Sugimori, and Junichi Masuda were there at the beginning of Game Freak as a company, and are still with the company to this day. Though Tajiri hasn't actually been involved in directing a Pokemon game since Gold/Silver (I believe he was involved with FRLG, but probably only because they were remakes of his pet project).
