Some people just like to play games for the story line which is why easy mode being available is always a good thing, or kids

You don't have to gatekeep tho. You can just respect what the creators want. If the creators decide an easy mode won't ruin the feeling they're trying to achieve with gamers, then I'll support that too. But so far, it seems like they don't want people to play the game in a way they never intended it to be played. It's wild to come at some the only people who aren't just taking the easy money try to please everyone route. When you got so many companies completely shitting all over their fans by barely putting in any work into the main games while spending more manpowet trying to create ways to penny pinch the one's that supported them from the beginning. One is perserving their art and the other is defiling their art to make more money
