Definitely a dark moment when everyone else is just having fun, but bartenders learn a lot from their patrons, especially if theyre regulars.

Pulled Raiden Shogun so now she's at C3

Well I finally did it. I got two 5-star banner characters in one 10-pull. Now I have Raiden C5 (was just going for C4). I guess I have no choice but to finish the job.

My Miko stats, I like running with her with Raiden/Bennet/Kazuha. She's C2R1 with her weapon. Hits pretty hard with VV and her burst can clear 200k easy also. She's not perfect but I liker her a lot.

Welp I have C6 Raiden. Cost me an extra $150 to go from C3 to C6. Not sure if worth it but here we are.

Thats pretty lucky. It cost me that much just to get Miko after losing the 50/50 to Qiqi

I don't think Raiden's C6 is all that good tbh

It's totally unnecessary. I have yet to find a scenario where it makes much of a difference.

BTW I crowned her E and Q. Any point in crowning her auto attacks?

No I think the only person whose auto attacks are worth crowning are Ganyu.

Noelle C6, Klee, for example.

There are a bunch of characters who benefit a lot from it. Yoimiya, Eula, Tartaglia, Noelle, Razor... basically anyone who has infused normal attacks as a part of their kit.

Not Raiden though. Boobasword strikes don't count as normals so it will only affect her weaker physical attacks that you don't want to use much. Even her E is arguably not worth crowning because the damage boost at high levels is so small (though I did it just 'cause she's one of my faves).

I don't think Tartaglia benefits much

It increases riptide damage IIRC. So it's worth upgrading but crowning it may be overkill. Although doesn't C4 dramatically increase the amount of riptide? So it might be worth it at C4 or higher.

Tartaglia normal attacks when using his ES use the scaling on the ES itself not the normal attack. The only thing Normal attack does for Tartaglia is bump aimed shot damage. Eula's normal attacks are like nothing compared to her burst.

The point here is not that characters don't benefit from having high normal attack but the jump from 9-10 is simply not worth it for most characters.

rosaria - ayaka - venti - kokomi
zhongli - raiden - eula - rosaria
sayu - xiangling - chongyun - kokomi

there's still improvements to be made, like some i'm still trying to find better artifacts for, when i can get eula's crit rate higher i'm going to swap rosaria for diona, and the fourth team is just kind of experimental/for fun, but i can handle just about anything now

Ayaka Ganyu Barbara Venti
(very stable team, but desires Mona+Diona or Mona or a Kokomi clone)

Kokomi Sucrose Raiden Fischl
(team complete and very stable, needs better artifacts on Raiden)

Klee Xiangling ??? ???
(I need either a character who massively buffs Klee for mono pyro or applies hydro from off-field at such a crazy rate it can outdo Klee C1. 4th char can be anemo or dendro. I refuse to use Bennett and don't intend to roll Kazuha)

Noelle Yunjin ??? ???
(need a big buffer and particle supplier who isn't Goro or Zhongli. I might actually try Lumine Geo. Don't know who the 4th will be, maybe a dendro if Klee doesn't reserve Yaoyao & Kusanali)

Well if you're putting it that way, I wouldn't say it's really worth it to crown any character. It's gilding the lily. Even the best 9 to 10 upgrade is tiny relative to the resources it costs.

It's not really a matter of "worth" but priorities with a limited crown supply. Most characters the bulk of their damage is burst and skill. You're also going to always want to save some crowns just in case you get a new character / new one is released that really benefits from it.

As long as you have 250%+ ER, it almost doesn't matter what else you have stat-wise

i hope they do something about artifact farming one day. it's such a soul crushing grind

The only way I see them "improving" artifact farming is to introduce a method by which you're given the illusion of improvement while simultaneously siphoning more cash from your wallet.

Funny thing was that tekato actually agreed with darkroast, but was doing so only to further his own this game suxxx agenda. Then he got triggered because heimdal told him to shut the fuck up.

I'm one of the people who think that the negativity over Bennett's C6 is way overblown--but I also 100% agree that we should be able to toggle constellations. I mean there is literally no down side.

It's funny because the one downside they've come up with (that it somehow hurts MiHoYo's profits) doesn't even make sense. There are whales who actively DIDN'T roll on Zhongli's C6 because it ruins his synergy with Hu Tao, and Tartaglia's C4 (and onward) because it makes forward-vape harder. If you could turn off constellations, they'd probably roll to C6.

But yes, his C6 is overblown. It pretty much only ruins synergy with characters who rarely use him (or are rarely used themselves). It actually improves his synergy with Xiangling. Mine's C5 simply because "you never know."
