SMT did it with SMTV
Pokemon did it with Pokemon Legends Arceus
Mario did it with Mario Odyssey (yeah 64 did too, but Odyssey REALLY took it up notch)
Sonic is gonna do it with Sonic Frontier
Apparently Halo did it with Halo Infinite? I haven't played it but I heard that it's like Breath of the Wild in its own way >_>

Do you like this trend or is too much?

I can only comment on SMT, and it's really not like BotW at all.

In fact SMTs, idk what to call it,...3D capabilities are awful and clunky.

There are numerous games already released or yet to be released that are clearly aping BotW's particular brand of open-world exploration design / aesthetic. Most of the games TC listed in the OP do not fit this bill, however.
