I grew up in a world where some complete strangers don't have the common courtesy to flush after using. You've never had it happen to you? Never said I leave presents for the next guy.

Most of them are flushable too. Or at least, that was the advice back when I first learnt what they were; nowdays I don't generally see them included on lists of "ok to flush" things so maybe that wasn't accurate.
