I mean sure, if you ask me "what is your fantasy?" for someone I am going to have a specific list of qualities. But I also know that if I want someone that isn't just eye candy that I am going to have to sacrifice several of those quantities in favor of meaningful stuff that would make me want to actually spend time with them.
