Don't feel like looking up specs and running a bunch of benchmarks and just want to know what my new laptop is capable of for gaming. Is this a legit site or is there a legit service that'll do the work for me?

The actual "can you run it" can be a little iffy, but if you learn what parts your computer/laptop has its a pretty good resource for looking up minimum or recommended specs.

The issue is that many games can be either really lenient with what you'd need to play it, and others are really conservative about what you need, so even if you fit the minimum specs you'll barely be able to play some games, and even if you're below the minimum specs you'll be able to play some games fine.

So its about as good as it really can be, given its not like the guys at CanIRunIt are running every game in every different possible configuration of parts to see if they'll actually run.
