For the time, it was actually a pretty neat device. It had absolutely horrendous marketing, and all momentum it had disappeared when the project lead was unable to name any games for it during an interview in front of a live audience. --- [obligatory signature] ... Copied to Clipboard!

That said the Ouya paved the way for set top android boxes / apple tv / fire tv / PlayStation mini They all made the exact same product but had more experience and better funding to do it with. The Nvidia shield TV is still one of the best TV peripherals.
