I heard he's under contract with Spotify, so if they drop him he gets huge benefits out of it.

So either he sticks to spotify, or they are forced to drop him, he benefits then his podcast is able to go on all platforms, widening his audience again and gaining even more viewers.

So the only company losing out here is Spotify which sucks. I have all my favourite music and artists on there (which aren't the mainstream US artists who are pulling out) >_>

That would have to be a pretty huge breach to break a contract like that. I'm not sure recent controversies would cause a breach like that. But Contract law wasn't my forte in law school

Either way he'd just go back on Youtube or make another exclusive contact. The guy has so many viewers.

Not sure how legitimate that letter is, but Rogan will certainly have other platforms salivating to host his podcast.

Let him get his benefits or whatever. He sucks, but the point isn't whether he wins or loses, it's to stop the spread of bullshit that leads stupid people to spread, and die from, covid.
