I asked for one as they make you install some security shit to use the mobile version of the work apps and I refused to allow any company to have that kind of control on my personal phone. This program would allow them to fully control my phone or wipe it but only if I asked them to. No thanks. Anyway, I keep getting calls by random dudes who ask me for their friend that they never name. Theyll say something m oh hi, I was just calling my friend who has this number and I tell them they have the wrong number. Ive been getting random texts with home addresses, porn links, and marijuana videos. So yeah pretty sure he was a drug dealer lol <cite>Cleo_II posted [p:962361384] in I think my... He was raging, and it fell out of my pocket...which I didn't realize at the time. They stole it was I was backing off to call security. ...Anyway they used it briefly, as the text my friend Amy...which appears first on the contacts list. And when I got a new phone, same number I started getting sex hotline calls for about two months or so. ...Not gonna lie one was pretty hot. >_> Anyway, that just sort of stopped at one point. I figured that out in about 10mins...I think. It probably fell out of vest when I was trying to open a game, it was, as they call them, a slant top. Thereabouts, the final straw for me was when they threw beer can at the game, and low-key at me. That's when I got up walked away and called in the big guns. I walked off for a bit, and realized I didn't have my phone. The thing that pissed me off the most, is I asked to have a surveillance check to see if they stole it. When they got back to me they said they saw them picking up 'something' but the 'could confirm what it was' So, I could even be reimbursed for my phone....that was BS. I really don't know how long they had it. They only texted my friend once. My guess is they fucked around with it for the rest of the night, then tossed out a car window or w/e. I actually think about calling my old landline number which was an institution for decades in this town, to see if it's still active for someone else. ~I don't because I feel like it would be depressing. It was one of those numbers everyone knew by heart. ...I had to let it go, because it was an expense, and cellphones became a thing...plus I finally got highspeed internet. To word it differently, it had to happen after my dad died...it was also about the same time I first had to lock my front door.
