I don't even get why they suspended Whoopi, I thought people were allowed to be wrong on The View. Like, that's the sort of thing that drives their entire roundtable style of show

No, but Spotify doesnt own Joe Rogans podcast. And for the second time HBO doesnt rely on advertisers for the vast majority of their revenue.

if Spotify wants to walk away from their exclusivity deal with Rogan or if HBO wants to can real time, thats their prerogative. But Ive spelled out pretty simply for you why neither of them have faced similar punitive actions to people who have worked for major cable networks. To put it simply, they have more leverage. Especially Rogan.
