They just take pleasure in seeing things they don't like fail. They can't get over that the workers asking them a few extra questions set off their social anxiety. Because having to say "no thanks" a few times or buying a game that they didn't get to open 5 minutes later themselves is the worst thing that happened to them all week and they have no perspective on real problems. Neh. Im sure they do worse things.
