LazLemon 01/28/22 4:40:25 PM #43:	Anecdote: The most intimidating dude I have ever seen irl was a guy who I used to occasionally see around the beach in Barcelona. Not only was he p muscular and *completely* covered in tattoos including his entire face but he also had no nose. Like there was just kind of an empty scarred space where his nose should be. It was legit kind of like if Voldemort was jacked and had a full face and head tattoo. The first time I ever saw him up close was probably the only time I've ever gasped a bit at the sight of a person, which I felt guilty about right away. Aside from his appearance, he always looked kind of pissed off and angry too, which was also what made him intimidating. He was always walking fast and with his shoulders stuck out as if he was ready to batter anybody who got in his way. The first couple of times I walked past him I avoided eye contact completely - which I usually don't do no matter how deformed a person is but this guy was really something else - but after that I was less shocked and would always make eye contact and give a little smile/nod as I walked past, which he'd ignore. I never talked to him because he did not give the air of someone who wanted anyone to talk to him. If I had to throw out a wild guess I'd say that he probably lost his nose in some incident and then the tattoos and muscles and demeanour and everything was some way of compensating for it, but I'm just guessing. From how angry he always seemed - as well as the way he looked - I'm assuming life hasn't been easy for him. In the end I feel bad for him and guilty for feeling repulsed the first time I saw him.
