I seem to be finding this stupidly confusing. I purchased Hitman 1 and 2 and then found out I only needed to download 2 because of Ive already purchased 1 all the content is included.

Is this the same for Hitman 3? Do I have to download both 2 and 3? Or can I play all the content through Hitman 3?

It's way more confusing than it needs to be. I don't think that stuff is included by default, there is some sort of transfer process that's required, but I don't remember what that process entails.

If you own 1 and 2 you can play them in 3. If you have progress in 2 you can transfer that to 3.

I believe you have to make an IO Interactive account and link it to the account of whatever platform you're playing on. I bought 1 and 3 the other day on Steam and already had 2. When I turned 3 on my IO Interactive account was already linked and it started to automatically download the data for 1 and 2.

If you have 2 data you have to manually transfer it to 3, though. Use that link Antifar gave for that process.

If you own the first 2 yeah, it's all playable in 3. And all 3 games worth of content in 3 takes up less space than 2.
