Jesus Honestly, the same can be said for every previous FE as well. Carried by a few handful of good important characters while the rest are completely unmemorable. At least the modern games do give the side characters more memorability just due to the amount of supports and viability each unit have, as well as having DLC that fleshes them out more, while a lot of units of old games were literally designed to be throwaways/replacements for earlygame units that may have died. PoR did slightly improve on this but most of them aren't really above one dimensional either. Owain's has to be #5 because he is guaranteed to have the Exalt's brand, but not anyone else.
