I just randomly ran into it while doing the Mage's Guild questline.

What a great game!

Very sure the first time I encountered one of those was a spell to summon one. Those and the giant haunted piles of boulders only start spawning as enemies at higher levels I think.

Nope they are in the base game. Summon Spider Daedra is the spell to get them yourself. There's a mod to make their titties bare though.

I'm level 30ish right now and the enemies are becoming damage sponges which is annoying >_> The only way I can kill them efficiently is if I do multiple sneak attacks on them.

Thankfully I got 100 sneak because I snuck up behind someone in a corner, pressed Q to auto-move and went to bed until it was at 100 lol

You can encounter like 2 if your level is 9 or lower. But since most people avoided leveling up that's not a concern.

I don't know why I'm endorsing that but hey you don't know she won't get there with enough humanity, they're all fire themed demons after all, that could be what healing entails.
She does start moving more in addition to giving you spells and shortcuts.

Edit: No hold on you might mean melting evil hollows and all that.

I used to post on the boards and apparently mathematically, with perfect level ups enemies will gain more stats per level up than you by the mid 20s. Sooner or later based on your starting race and constellation. With unoptimal ones, probably by the early 10s or mid single digits with all those +5/2/2 level ups.

lmao, I got the Finger of the Mountain spell at a high level and it costs like 800 Magicka to cast. Fuck off with that shit. It ain't even that good.
