Masks have never stopped being mandatory here. Grabbing a mask whenever I leave my apartment has become as normal as grabbing my phone, wallet and keys.

Other than flying and appointments where it's required, don't think I've worn a mask going anywhere else since summer. I'd say maybe 10% of the people I see out and about voluntarily wear them.

Never leave home without one even if I'm just walking my dad to the bus stop.

Practically everyone still wears them here. Not 100% of people but I'd say 99.5% or higher.

there's still a mask mandate hear but i never wear one i go into walmart unmasked nobody cares you see people walking around with double masks and goofy face shield triple vaxed i mean if there that scared why don't they just hide under there bed and not go outside? thank you

i wear one. can still get sick with covid despite 2-3 shots (2 with J&J, 3 with everything else).
my uncle was sick with the worse of the symptoms for 2 days then they eased on day 4.

fever, chills, coughing (might've been due to the smoking). had to quarantine in my room because i was paranoid the whole time that i was going to get it.

only going out for food and bathroom (while wearing a mask inside the house) may continue to wear one for a few more days as covid doesn't clear out till day 7.

Just left a grocery store here in South Texas while visiting the family; about half wearing masks, maybe less.

Wearing a mask is a lot less of a hassle than getting covid.

Until I get a car, I'll continue having groceries delivered. After that, we'll see.

If theres a sign saying I have to then I will. Or occasionally if I dont want to be bothered by anyone then Ill wear one.

I'm in CT, about 10% or so of the people still wear masks here. They're not required if you're vaccinated.

You're damn right I am. And I fully expect to be one of about a dozen people in the store doing so.

you better believe i'm wearing a mask. call it selfish but it's really for my own good and not any one else's.

Same. It's the easiest damn thing to do, and even a relatively crappy mask is leagues better than none at all.

no, never. has been proven not to help lower transmission in that setting. people that still wear them don't keep themselves current or using it to make a statement
