Friend of mine wants to do a video blog on it but I told him its too generic to get some eyes unless he shows something that stands out that not many people know about What would you say are underrated slept on parts of Disney parks that not many people know about? Get a quality camera and just record the parks while talking. There's a lot of competition, so it will be tough to build up a following, but they just have to keep at it and be entertaining. If they manage to be one of the first uploads for a new ride/area, that can help boost their youtube presence a bit. It may not give instant fame, but it will put their videos in front of viewers that may potentially subscribe.
