Manchin and Sinema deserve a lot of blame, but there are 50 other senators that refuse to even touch democratic bills for voting rights or modern day infrastructure. To not blame republicans is absurd.

Two party system? Longer than he's been alive. But a clear cut liberal/conservative divide wasn't as prominent until the Reagan Administration.
