SKAMartist 01/19/22 4:05:59 PM #19:	As someone who grew up swimming every day in Hawaii, i used to get this a lot I was hard-headed and always tried to hold my nose and blow to pop my ears after swimming and what you described sounds like it's "over popped" My grandpa used to just give me a pack of gum and something about chewing would relax the muscles or move them around in your ear to help everything go back to normal I dont have this problem anymore though because now I can like.... tense a muscle in my head and inhale or exhale through my nose to plug/unplug my ears Its like a superpower, when I do yard work... inhale ears are plugged, sounds are muffled --- Im an alt and I draw stuff <cite>SKAMartist posted [p:961891480] in Sneezed to...
