I wanted to "akshully" this topic with regards to the features available in 1999, but it turns out that vBulletin and InvisionFree came out shortly after 2000. It also needs alerts when you're quoted so you know when to respond. I'm not going back and re-reading every topic I posted in to see if I was quoted or not.
