There are plenty of places where it would be unable to physically traverse, and even if it is intelligent enough to try to do something like hire assassins, its going to be easy enough to find if its going to be around highly populated zones. And if its going to try to assault you directly, then capturing it and enclosing it in cement and dropping in the ocean, or keeping 24 hour watch of it certainly wouldnt be hard.
