Current Events > Best greatsword/ultra greatsword in Dark Souls 2?

I started playing ds2 scholar of the first sin maybe a month or so ago and have made pretty good progress

I've been using a Greatsword for a while... I wanna say for like most of the game. I do mean the weapon literally just called Greatsword, which is weirdly... an ultra greatsword and not a greatsword

I've gotten weapons like the zweihander and other similar weapons but I don't really like their movesets. Are there any other good weapons that have the same attack style as the "Greatsword"?

I've been using the same weapon for like most of the game so I'm wondering if I missed an upgrade somewhere
