You've just written a character who appeals to 80% of males aged 18 to 35. Trying to aim for female audiences? You need far more complex characters and you're never going to get that one-size-fits-all character like you will with guys. The biggest companies with the vastest financial resources, with all the marketing research and spreadsheets in the world, can't be guaranteed to write a character to speak to most women the same way that a slightly edgy everyman will to most men.
