This is the perfect formula for reaching the mass audience. That is until the feminists become enraged that the women are pretty and demand they be ugly. Then everyone is just upset. Video games realized this formula long ago and are now under attack for it. Not by women though. Women also love the pretty video game characters. They absolutely love characters like Mercy and 2b. No, the problem is non-gamers. They don't actually play games so they see no harm in throwing out rhetoric against the formula because it doesn't change anything for them.
