i never got any of this silly willy fucky wucky happy goofy gas when i got mine out. they fucking gave me 6 injections in my mouth, then pulled my teeth out. it sounded like rice crispies crackling in my ear

I got all 4 removed last spring and they did a gas where I went out immediately and it felt like 2 minutes passed and I was awake again. It was a wild experience.. worst part was not being able to eat solid foods for 4-5 days... but definitely didnt experience goofiness. Was a little out of it at first when came out of the room but it wasn't serious.

I got the gas but I recall the entire experience pretty clearly. I remember he had to drill into one to break it up. I'll never forget that sound.

Thats possible... the whole thing happened in 55 minutes though. When I woke up the first thing I said was "It's done?". Then I came out to the waiting room where my wife was and she drove me home. Whole thing happened extremely quick.

Maybe what they use at the dentist for that is different though idk

I didn't watch the vid. I never been on board with embarrassing someone to the world while they're vulnerable after a surgery. When it's put like that, kind of makes the person posting it seem like a huge douchebag, no? It's one those things people think is hilarious until they're the one coming off the high realizing the world's laughing at them and they're now a target for a shitload of jokes from everyone they know and people they never met >_>.

If the person who is on the video okays it, that changes everything

I had the option to be put under, and I took it. Not because I fear a little pain or anything, but I take anesthesia really well, and I figured it would be easier that way.

Damn, they pulled yours out? They chiseled mine out, with just the numbness so I still felt all the pressure and how uncomfortable it was.

lol i literally got 2 of my wisdom teeth out today and it sounded the same to me.

edit: i also was not gassed at all, they just gave me some injections and i was num.

This was exactly me in November. Legit felt like a time travler.

All i remember is that they were talking about a trip to Universals Studios and BAM... "hey we are finally finished!" and I was like WHAT!?!?!?!?!?!

basically to my best understanding, there's some tool that slides up your gumline between your teeth and gums, then it hooks your teeth where the roots are, and pulls them out from the inside. i only felt pressure, but i could also feel my tongue getting hot as blood pooled on it before the assistant could use that thing to suck it out

Learn to laugh at yourself man. Funny shit happens to everyone all the time just gotta roll with it. Hell I'd have uploaded my wisdom teeth video but it had some personal info in the middle of it that I didn't want revealed, but the funny thing was I kept thinking my arm was my pet cat to the point I tried to pet it once.

I spend mosts my posts making fun of very real things about myself. Like you said, you almost posted it yourself. That would put you in control of making the joke, which makes all the difference. Even stand up comedians know the difference between controlling the joke and being the joke. Regardless, you gotta play it off to get on top of it. But there's a line crossed when someone I feel comfortable around takes control put of my hand like that and makes me the joke.

Tbf, Im speaking as an introvert, so there are a lot of times I don't want to be noticed. And now you just completely blew up my ability to be comfortably lowkey. So, I get your end to. If the person is someone who also finds thos stuff funny and would do it to you. Fair game. But you should be considerate of the person you're doing it to, no? Do you realky wanba be the reason an introvert now feels even less comfortable to be around people they know? All Im saying is, make sure to get the persons ok before you blow up their spot. We just normalized being a douchebag that feels they can blow up people's spots >_>. I personally would never even consider doing this to someone vulnerable.

They just knocked me out some drug via IV when I got mine taken out. They woke me up and I felt immediately 95% alert.
