Any grade level.

My favorite was probably the materials science classes I took in undergrad

Computer science in high school (I took it grades 10-12 where it was offered). Quickly did the assignments and then dicked around with programming my own little programs doing random things. Final project would be of your choice, so I'd go all out. Made a platformer in grade 10, then a more advanced platformer with scrolling and enemies and stuff in grade 11, then a falling sand game clone vs fighting game in grade 12. I created a level editor for each game.

If it counts, there was one I was in during my senior year of high school that was basically for extra time to do work from other classes, and if you had nothing to do you could just mess around on the computer. I rarely had stuff to do there so it was basically free time.

Discounting that, I'd probably say the German 1-3 class I was in my freshman-junior year. It was the same teacher for all of them and he was one of the better teachers I've had who was also pretty laid-back.

Cisco Networking 1&2 in high school.

I always liked the history classes too. I never actually took a history final in high school, since my grades were high enough to test out of them.

I did an Oceans Co-op course in hs where we worked at a hatchery and then helped out at a college fisheries research project. The hatchery was fucking awesome, I loved it there.

if you have a party that tolerates you singing or making puns all the fucking time, it can be amazing

History was consistently my favorite class through most of school.

As I got older and started taking some literature type classes (talking courses outside the standard English stuff), I started really taking a liking to those courses as I was an avid reader and got lucky enough to have interesting books on the reading lists. I had one semester near the end of high school called Science Fiction where we basically read a bunch of Ray Bradbury, Arthur C. Clarke, Asimov and stuff like that. That was easily one of the best classes I ever took.

No but seriously I enjoyed the psych classes I took in college, and in high school I took Films As Literature as an elective and it was really neat.

hmmm

maybe technical drawing because I got like 110 percent for doing tons and tons of extra credit.
Auto CAD was fun to use.
I wish I stuck with it; probably could've made a better career out of it :D

also
I was nowhere near excellent in it, but I also liked being in the school orchestra. Heck I mean it was either that or another dumb study hall where everyone talks anyway...

Yeah it was great. In the mornings wed cut fish and then take them to feed the adults. In the afternoons wed do different stuff like general maintenance work, counting/grading tiny little baby fish, getting in the tanks with the adults to clean (or once to collect sperm which was wild). These were huge fucking fish too - theyd swim by you and knock you over.
