We're in California

But like she doesn't even use the card. She doesn't carry it when she goes out and it's only ever been used twice, online, but through PayPal so the numbers were never exposed

What's going on?!?

Does anybody else live in your house? Guests often? There's a slight possibility that somebody got into her things and copied the numbers down, then either used them or passed them along to somebody else.

I hear the latest trend is just using phone cams in lines, like at the supermarket, to catch a frame where the card is exposed.

Also, it's not hard to memorize a card after seeing it, if you practice.

Right now it's in a card book on our bookshelf. Always has been.

They can use random number generators till they hit one that works. Is there a $1 charge on it before the New Mexico thing? Also get it cancelled asap.
