mustachedmystic 01/09/22 7:56:42 PM #1:	Today I took a long walk for the first time in 8 days(its been too cold of and windy). Anyway, my back starting hurting, I didnt think much of it, Ive had back pain while exercising before, and it never amounted to anything. However this time was different, and it got much worse, and I was 4 miles away from home. I shouldve called an ambulance, but US healthcare, right? I had to limp home in excruciating pain, the last 2 miles took me an hour(I usually average 13.5 minutes per mile). When I got home, I called my brother to take me to the ER, but I was better by the time he got here, so I didnt go. --- Vegy is a 30 year old man, who's pretending to be a 60 year old woman that likes to act like a 57 year old man that pretends to be a horny 16 year old boy. <cite>mustachedmystic posted [p:961615013] in Excruciati... It would usually go away after 5 hours max but it lasted like 20 hours or something. They think it got infected as well I think. I was throwing up a lot. Gave me antibiotics and morphine and kept me in overnight. I still have to stick with it because if I miss even a day or two, everything starts to lock up. I had to stand for four hours about a month ago and I didn't stretch that day. You basically just get on your stomach and hold yourself up with your elbows. You arc your back up and it relieves like all of the lower back pain. I thought I was gonna need surgery or something but I thought like, there's no way since I'm still too young for that I'm not shitting you or memeing or anything. It's super simple and quick and changed my life. Try it out.
