And they aggro if you as so much as cough in their direction

It's really fun to finally whoop those giant gorillas on the Gaur Plains asses. That made the earlier encounters worth it.

And then you have the level 120 one with death spikes.

I get they are teases, but I hate when it gets intrusive.

I mean it is annoying when they kill you, but I feel like the game would lose a little bit of its charm if there werent massively over leveled enemies that could one-shot you just standing around in each area

Its really satisfying to come back later and curbstomp them too

I ragequit XC2 recently when Im just trying to get to point A to point B in a giant field and theres a bunch of high level enemies there thatll kill me if I got near them. Couldnt even grind against enemies near my level because the high level bastards would swoop in and join the fray

My NG+ playthrough is coming to a close fast and I'm probably going to be stuck pacing around unsure of what to do with myself when it does.

I could go for a few more overlevelled enemies. Abassy, perhaps beating the final boss again for proper closure (and the restricted challenges but they look really unfun so whatever) are all that's left.
