There's something to complain about each chapter nowadays. And the current arc is especially bad so not much positives to discuss lately either.

Tbh I don't have a problem with any of it. I still very much enjoy the game.

They removed cosmetics for Bubba/Leatherface (from Texas Chainsaw Massacre) because players would equip the mask of Claudette, a black survivor, and specifically target black streamers with it on.

Also they are releasing a patch with minor nerfs to an unpopular character's strongest items/add-ons.

I love the game but yeah I can't go on that subreddit. Every post is so negative.

I made a joke in one of the threads around that time saying I would tunnel anyone not wearing one, assuming they are homophobic, and got jumped on. But let all the other comments indicating intent to tunnel wearers of it were politely ignored. It was so pathetic.

Np, there are a few other things that are kind of minor but it boils down to people who play the game will never be pleased.

The forums themselves are just as bad as reddit is. People who main survivors are always bitching about how unfair the game is for them despite the game being survivor sided.

Survivor perks often get buffed to the point where it makes the game even more unfair for the killers then bitch any time killers get a perk to even it up.

The Faux outrage over this from people is hilarious and they think they should be compensated with the cells to buy characters when the cosmetics were free.

The community especially people who play survivors is toxic and they think killers should play a certain way to "make it fun" for survivors.

I love the idea of the game but the actual gameplay is just awful.

More often than not only killer perks or killers themselves get nerfed meanwhile survivor perks that are OP and pretty much break the game stay or get buffed. The game is very survivor sided.

I don't think any survivor perks are really OP, some are just really strong..same for killers and killer perks

I remember I made a topic here because I thought the game was so bloody boring and basic and there was like a hundred angry CEmen defending a generator starting simulator.

I mean I could see the appeal of being a killer because most play very differently, but yeah being a survivor is basically the same thing over and over again. I personally don't see too much appeal or get why the game is popular, but one thing I learned, especially coming from someone who used to play CS:GO and LoL very competitively, when a game gets popular the fanbase gets even more toxic. It's why I only interact with games with a smaller fanbase because they tend to be more helpful and productive.

You can run around and get chased by the killer

To say the game isn't survivor sided is ridiculous, just because devs claim its not doesn't mean shit. Killer fun is an afterthought for the devs.

dead hard can be waited out, circle of healing doesn't do much if you finish chases

The game is extremely broken. Took them multiple years to put in colorblind mode (game was literally unplayable without for people) it breaks every other update. The dev staff are unhelpful and come off as shitty to the fans.

Good luck with that when you go against survivors who like to loop constantly.

The perks are broken and affect killers, I'm not the only who experiences this. Survivor perks rarely get nerfed or their add ons but killer perks and add ons get nerfrd pretty regularly.

Unless you've played the game quite a bit as a killer, you can't say the game isn't Survivor sided.

I've seen how one of the community managers act towards the fans especially the killer mains. The mods aren't much more better.

If you get looped for a long time the survivor is probably just better idk what to tell you , there are limited resources and killers have a built in second chance mechanic (blood lust)

You can't deny that some perks are OP and need nerfed. The devs constantly nerfed killers and killer perks.

There are some tweaks I could see them making but I think a perk being able to get a lot of value isn't the same thing as a perk being OP

When's it broken, it's OP. The devs know at least two perks are broken yet the don't give a shit, they've made it pretty obvious.

Yeah, I don't think it's racist by itself. It's the people doing the action of targeting black streamers that is. You can't really stop that other than reporting though.
