Game crashed a bunch when I bought it on day 1.

Now it's been over a year & I downloaded it again.

Going to start playing again this weekend to see if it's good.

Just wish there were third person.

I played through it when it came out on the PS4, and yea, it had a lot of problems.

I tried it again pretty recently, with all the patches, and one of the early shootouts glitched out - I couldn't have V get out of the car to shoot but I still somehow passed that part, and this was something that worked fine when I first played it.

I wouldn't be surprised if it had a bunch of newer problems.

Tag for results. Considering getting on PC. Got a new rig last summer that should be more than able to handle it.

Should be fine. Just look up what glitches you might encounter.

Still doesn't have an actual physics or AI system so, no.

I liked it, even if it was deeply flawed.

also, even without the bugs, it feels pretty empty at times.

I don't regret buying it, and if you're one of those people lucky to find it on sale for $5-10, I'd definitely recommend it.

I'll probably do with it what I did for Witcher 3: wait until it goes on sale with all DLC for 10

Got it for $10 intending to sit on it until the PS5 version popped.

Said wth, loaded it up just to see how bad it is... 80hrs later, I enjoyed it as is. That Day 1 though....rough, very rough. After patching it was fine. It does seem to crash during driving segments.

its fine on pc. played it maybe 2 months ago, no real bugs to speak of.

On PC it was pretty much fine on release. At least for me, a few weird bugs but nothing game breaking. The best was the one where a one time quest npc bugged out and followed me everywhere I went. So I treated it like a buddy cop movie, where he would attack everything on site and I was the cautious and more sneaky one. He eventually got killed and that was the end of it.

Been playing on Series S and it runs perfectly fine. Havent had a crash or anything.

Gameplay isn't deus ex/fallout level deep but was still pretty fun

Theres 20+ options for each feature yet you almost never see your character.

not really.

its alright, some parts are great like meeting Judy and shit. But for the most part choices mean nothing so replay value is meh and the story itself isnt great outside a few characters.

The world itself is sadly boring as shit once the shine wears off a few hours in. Some gadgets are cool but theres not enough so youll just end up with lower grade versions of the best abilities like 5 hours in.

nothing to buy (outside some cars) so making money isnt worth it after your leg upgrades.

7.5 is generous tbh but prob what Id rank it as well, mainly cause it looks pretty (most times) on my PC.
