I guess when it's genuine you're just closer to accepting a change of pace or thinking. But if it's not genuine, you gotta fake it til you make it anyway. So, I guess you'd be doing the same actions to grow either way. I basically just meant to not act/become defeated. It's good to vent here and there. But I believe there's a big difference on the effect it'll have on yourself subconsciously rather you're just venting or you're constantly reinforcing to yourself that nothing will ever change. Just try not to fall into self loathing and you'll still have a shot to turn it around. Like you said, you "hope" you pull yourself together. So, that's good. I don't really recall you doing much self loathing.
