Some, but pretty light. I'd never done squats before so I started with just 88 pounds, slowly adding a couple pounds at a time up to my current 121.6. It's still pretty light, but I was afraid if I started going heavy I wouldn't be able to do it every day particularly since I do cardio every day.

one month is when you'll maybe see a change, naked in the mirror

it's 3+ months until you see a mild difference in legwear.

Also, you did, like, "get better"? Did you crank out more reps or add more weight or something?

I've slacked off since I retired and my butts still amazing.

Which means the Missus still bites and gnaws on it sometimes when she gets really excited.

It's a blessing and a curse.

though I must say, I think it is making my thighs a bit thicker
I noticed I've gained a couple pounds despite not really changing my diet any, I've always had chicken legs and I think they're slightly less pathetic now

I've been trying to flatten my gut for a few years.

Workouts didn't do shit.

Turned out that it was just my standing posture.

Too old to join the military so I was thinking of one of those braces to help you learn how stand up strait like a civilized person.
