The antivaxxer movement started with Andrew Wakefield in the 1990s. A "doctor" that got paid by a lawyer to drum up lawsuits against the mmr vaccine. Also the asshole was selling his own individual version of the mmr vaccine that costs more than a single mmr vaccine. Antivaxxers were always hated and should always be hated.
