I always knew they where biased towards Republicans but holy shit I dont remember them being that transparent about it. Like one said something like "surprise a Democrat actually came through for the save" and in discussing it another dude said "dont forget though hes still a liberal" Maybe my memory is spotty but I only ever recall them arguing against liberal ideals but not outright saying someone is bad cause they are a liberal. Side note. Was only watching it cause I was at the hospital with a inmate and its what he wanted to watch. Surprises me how many black inmates are openly conservatives a lot where very pro Trump during the election --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!" Well from what ive seen the older ones just realize they do actually believe more in conservative ideals like anti LGBT Christianity and other things The younger ones from what i could tell just thought Trump was gonna help them out cause he did talk about prison reform at one point. Iirc he was talking about privatised prisons though and thats now what my unit is. But yeah in my expierence minorities in general are more conservative than they let on but the republicans bigotry has just alienated them.
