Well, several are mental health related, diagnosed by a psychiatrist i've been seeing for over four years. Agoraphobia Major Depression Social Anxiety Disorder Insomnia (which leads to me not getting rest, which also makes me tired most of the time) Bulimia (which is at the point of affecting my physical health in the form of increased hair loss and decaying teeth, as well as some malnutrition) Those things aside, there are are the societal factors, too. I've been the subject of bullying and general mistreatment throughout life and it has fostered a fear of other people, to the point of being unable to leave my house unaccompanied (which goes into the mental health as well). I don't feel safe anywhere. There's the lack of hopes or dreams, too, but you could construe those as a lack of motivation if you wish to; in any case, it does further compound into the plethora of problems that I have. There have been times I was close to getting a job only to freak out and pull out at the last minute. Doing some power washing jobs for my brother n law and talking to someone has helped out quiet a bit. Im planning on getting a job at Amazon after the new year, that is if all the talk about COVID doesnt frighten me. I was picked on like crazy when I was in middle and high school. There were times that I broke down in tears from it but never told my parents about it. I'm on a few different things, x.x . Trintellix, lamictal, buspar, prazosin (for my nightmares), and i'm supposed to be taking trazodone, but I usually don't. I've been on a few other meds, but they didn't really work out for one reason or another. I probably have undiagnosed ADD, myself. I relate with the being bullied and crying thing, though. I'd drink a liter a day when I was younger, and so that's easily an amount that would qualify as too much. Nowdays I might drink two cans a week, so i'd say that's a big improvement. I'd drink a liter a day when I was younger, and so that's easily an amount that would qualify as too much. Nowdays I might drink two cans a week, so i'd say that's a big improvement.
