Gatorade has electrolytes. If you ever get diarrhea, that removes the electrolytes from your body, and Gatorade is a good cure for that. The Gatorade will help you feel better

I drank nothing but Gatorade and alcoholic beverages for like 3 years, past two years has been nothing but water with the occasional night of booze

it actually was too sweet for me so I only drank half of it

water is boring, but you want something better that's still 0 calories try doing infused water with your favorite fruits, veggies, or herbs. i like cucumber water the best, but you can do all kinds of things, berries, lemon/lime, celery, mint, basil, etc.
