My uncle gave me his old Husqvarna because he upgraded to a quad with a snow plow because of his arthritus. It only has one season of use and he just gave it to me for free

we've been lucky so far, but generally we get our snow between late december and mid march. Sometimes we'll get snowstorms as early as late november though.

EDIT: For example, this was the previous season's last big storm, had to crawl out of a window and shovel the doors out because it blocked us in

i live in California

i have absolutely no concept of what a snow blower should be like or what rating this one would get

it feels kinda weird that something so common a couple hundred miles away is entirely alien to me

Oh I see, here in New York snow is very common as soon as December hits but soon I'll be living in a much warmer state and it'll be weird to see snow less. I think it's a fine snow blower tc

Yeah i'm in connecticut, so our weather patterns are a bit similar

yeah i drove it up the ramp, the carb jets need to be cleaned next year because it sat for a year without service, but otherwise it runs great.

Nice. We have no need for two-stage blowers in northern Virginia; in fact, they usually do worse than a single stage because of all the slush.

Take my comments with a grain of road salt, but I would say that it really blows.

That's pretty cool. Kind of like a push lawn mower, but for snow. I'm sure that's a weird comparison, but I'm sticking with it lol.

It's basically the same thing, a 4 stroke engine drives a shaft, it's just more poweful and instead of a blade, it drives an auger and impeller.
