That's from a portrait pack for Pillars of Eternity, but the guy who put it together didn't give any credits.

I'm trying to track down the original so I can better resize it for use in Neverwinter Nights. TinEye is drawing a blank, so I'm hoping it's originally from a game that someone might have played.

Cropped it, put it through Yandex reverse image search, this was the first result.

Yandex, huh? Not heard ot that one before, but I'll have to bear it in mind for the future. Clearly works better than TinEye.

I think it's basically Russian Google. I only learned of it recently too, but its reverse image search works way better.
