It's an easy way to slant a narrative rather than offer some balance. This information is coming from one attorney representing one family out of 5,600. It's entirely possible that some bogus claims are mixed in with the class action suit. And the DOJ are not prepared to offer a blanket settlement and cut a cheque to everyone.
