Like you need to be relaxed enough to fall asleep but somehow focused enough to not fall asleep? That's always been a paradox for me. I did lucid dreaming in the past and it was called wake-induced lucid dreaming and that was basically impossible. If something like that happened it was the process of waking up in the night and completely going back sleep because the REM cycle was close. ... Copied to Clipboard!
