Besides Europe I know there's plenty of RPGs from anywhere... more specific than that. what about that style of open world, western, medieval RPG? As close to an Elder Scrolls game as possible. There's tons of games made by Chinese developers that will fit the bill. You might have to put up with Chinese only audio and engrish translations.
